NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council)
The National Minority Supplier Development Council ® (NMSDC®) provides a direct link between corporate America and minority-owned businesses. NMSDC is one of the country’s leading business membership organizations. It was chartered in 1972 to provide increased procurement and business opportunities for minority businesses of all sizes. The national council oversees 37 regional councils serving minority business enterprises across the country.
PSWMSDC (Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council)
The Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council (PSWMSDC) was founded in 1993. It is the Arizona and San Diego County based affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
SMSDC (Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council)
The Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council serves southwest Texas including El Paso, Austin, San Antonio and Harlingen. Our mission is to create opportunities and an environment for minority business enterprise to grow and to actively add value for corporate members in these positive business relationships.
WRMSDC (Western Regional California Supplier Development Council)
Founded in 1977, WRMSDC advocates for minority owned businesses by furthering their growth and opportunities. WRMSDC is one of the 24 regional affiliates of the National MSDC. WRMSDC oversees programs and development in Northern California, Nevada, and Hawai‘i.
Northwest Mountain MSDC
Serving Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, Northwest Mountain MSDC connects minority owned businesses to major corporations. As an affiliate of the NMSDC, Northwest Mountain MSDC provides membership, certification and subscription services to the Pacific Northwest and mountain regions of the United States.
Supplier Clearinghouse
The Supplier Clearinghouse certifies women, minority, LGBT, and disabled veteran-owned businesses and published a directory available to participating utilities and for public use. The Supplier Clearinghouse is a California Public Utility Commission (CPUC)-supervised entity whose purpose is to audit and verify WMDVBEs/LGBTBEs on behalf of utility companies.
