Coaching: Generation Z are highly involved with social groups. They want to connect and learn from different perspectives. They want to be a part of a group and community. They want leaders to include them, not demand work from them.
Education: Generation Z is eager about learning and gaining more education. They value different perspectives on different cultures and individuals.
Transparency: Working hard for personal success is what Generation Z wants. They want a leader that will be transparent about their struggles and give a real insight on the business world. They want to know the obstacles leaders take every day and what they did to overcome them. Having a transparent workplace allows Generation Z to be able to talk about their paths to success and understand that it may not be as smooth as everyone thinks.
