An electricity and natural gas supply company engaged our consulting services to provide a structured Human Resource and Talent Acquisition infrastructure to support large and ongoing project initiatives. The company offers clean, carbon-free energy services and required a formal process for identifying and onboarding talent for a variety of projects with a swift start date.

Services & Solutions

Our team created a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to streamline all their staffing needs, created analytics and reporting metrics, and provided weekly check-ins throughout all engagements. As the primary service provider, Zempleo managed all vendors and invoicing specific to the program and created a neutral vendor platform to standardize rates and consolidating billing.

Outcome & Results

Within less than one year of the implementation of the program, we were able to identify and onboard over 100 placements that were specific to the company’s needs. Time sensitive projects exceeded deadlines and provided the workforce necessary to complete a multitude of projects ahead of schedule. Our established relationships with our vendor partners, as well as our ability to quickly establish relationships with new/niche vendor partners, allowed us to provide our client with streamlined communication, invoicing, updates and analytics into the entirety of their program.
